Pricing
The price is per 2x carbon ceramic rotors (including aluminum hats) for either Front or Rear axles.
What Is Included
- 2x Carbon Ceramic Rotors (1 pair)
- 2x Aluminum Hats with mounting screws
Note
Brake pads are not included in the listed price because the correct pad compound depends on how the vehicle will be used. We offer low-noise street pads, mixed street and light track compounds, and more aggressive track-focused options such as Pagid. As pad pricing and performance characteristics vary by application, pads are quoted separately to ensure the most suitable setup for each customer. Unless a specific use case is requested, we will recommend our standard low-noise street pads by default. Please note that brake pads designed for iron rotors are not suitable for use with carbon ceramic rotors.
Application Notes
These carbon ceramic rotors are best suited for high-performance street use and occasional track driving. For frequent heavy track use, traditional iron rotors may still remain the more economical wear-item solution.
System Compatibility
Brake pad compound, caliper compatibility, rotor dimensions, and required hardware must be matched correctly for each application. For this reason, we specify each setup case by case to help ensure proper fitment and reliable operation.
Why Conversion Actually Works from Iron to CCB
On vehicles equipped with a suitable multi-piston brake system, converting from iron to carbon ceramic is a matter of correct rotor geometry and proper mounting design. A ready-to-install CCB rotor consists of two primary components: the aluminum hat and the carbon ceramic disc. When the original rotor diameter and thickness are maintained, the conversion is achieved by engineering a CNC-machined hat tailored to the factory hub and axle mounting points. This allows the new CCB rotor to replace the original iron rotor as a direct plug-and-play solution. The final braking character is then refined through application-specific pad compound selection to suit different driving styles and performance expectations.
The Real-World Benefits of CCB Conversion
Ultimately, a street-focused iron-to-CCB conversion is not about building a Le Mans endurance race car. It is about elevating your entire driving experience. By drastically reducing unsprung rotational mass, especially when paired with lightweight custom forged wheels, you unlock a completely new level of handling dynamics, suspension comfort, and steering response. Beyond the physics, it is also about pure aesthetics: the aggressive, premium look of massive, dust-free carbon ceramic discs perfectly showcased behind an open-spoke wheel. Because for true automotive enthusiasts, the pursuit of perfection never ends.
Why Our Price Is Unbeatable
By eliminating middleman markups, we offer latest-generation Carbon Ceramic Brake Discs at pricing often comparable to premium iron rotor solutions. Unlike alternatives made with short chopped fiber, our rotors utilize advanced long carbon fiber construction with a Silicon Carbide (SiC) friction surface layer.
Installation Notes
Professional installation is required. Depending on the vehicle, minor adjustments such as trimming or removal of the factory dust shields or adding wheel spacers for rim clearance may be needed.
Optional Items at Extra Cost
Brake pads, adapters, and full conversion or BBK configurations can be quoted separately if required.
All types of aftermarket & OE factory brake calipers are available from AP Racing, Brembo, Akebono, Endless, Alcon, AMG, M Performance, Audi, Porsche, Lamborghini, Toyota TRD, etc.

OEM Rotor Dimensions
Reference sizes are provided as a baseline and reflect the most common OEM setup. The table below is for dimension reference only. Because rotor dimensions can vary by trim, market, or prior brake changes, the final build is confirmed from verified measurements.
Brake + Wheel Package Engineering
If you are investing in both forged wheels and a serious brake upgrade, you are already in the right place. Within Forza Performance Group, forged wheels and big brake solutions are not treated as unrelated parts sourced from different directions—they are developed within one ecosystem, allowing us to engineer the complete package as one matched solution. That gives you more than attractive bundle pricing: it gives you one source responsible for how the entire system fits, looks, and performs.
Each wheel is tailored around the upgraded brake system to achieve the exact caliper clearance, spoke curvature, X-factor, and inner barrel geometry required for your vehicle. Instead of leaving fitment to trial and error, we resolve the critical details before production, so the final package arrives with the proportions, presence, and technical integrity a serious build deserves. The result is no guesswork, no visual compromise, and no expensive surprises—just a brake-and-wheel package that installs cleanly, looks intentional, and performs exactly as a properly engineered build should, with OE TPMS and factory hardware compatibility available on request.
