Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with ForzaCCB ("we," "us," "our") through ForzaCCB.com (the "Site"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Order Processing and Lead Times

Order processing time is usually between 1 and 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Some products, including made-to-order or special-order items, may require additional production or preparation time before shipment.

Any lead times or estimated ship dates we provide are good-faith estimates only and do not constitute guaranteed shipping or delivery dates.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship to many countries worldwide where carriers and applicable laws allow. Certain destinations, products, or materials may be restricted or prohibited under local, national, or international regulations. If we are unable to ship your order for legal, safety, or logistical reasons, we may cancel the order and issue a refund for the items we cannot ship.

3. Shipping Methods, Rates, and Delivery Estimates

Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, the contents of your cart, and carrier availability. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier backlogs, peak seasons, strikes, local disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control. We are not liable for such delays where permitted by applicable law.

4. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, international orders are shipped on a basis where you are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by your local authorities.

If you refuse a shipment, fail to pay import charges, or fail to complete required customs procedures, the shipment may be returned, abandoned, or destroyed in accordance with carrier and customs rules. Any return costs, storage fees, or other charges may be deducted from any refund that might be issued, if a refund is due.

5. Address Accuracy and Delivery Attempts

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment or unit number, postal code, and any information required by the carrier for successful delivery.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal, or non-collection from a pickup point, you may be responsible for any reshipping costs and may not be entitled to a refund of the original shipping charges.

6. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

When available, we provide a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take some time to update after dispatch.

For high-value orders or certain destinations, we may require a signature upon delivery or use additional delivery controls at our discretion.

7. Damaged Shipments and Missing Items

If your order arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging, we recommend that you document the condition with photos or video before opening and, where applicable, note the damage with the carrier at the time of delivery.

If you receive damaged items, missing items, or the wrong products, you must contact us at feedback@forzaccb.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the packaging and products. Failure to notify us within this period may affect our ability to assist you or file a claim with the carrier.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you are unable to locate it, you should first check with household members, neighbors, building management, or your local post office or carrier access point.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact us within 72 hours of the recorded delivery time. We may open an inquiry with the carrier, but resolution is subject to the carrier’s investigation and policies. Where a carrier confirms successful delivery to the address you provided, we are generally not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or taken after delivery.

9. Split Shipments and Partial Deliveries

We may ship your order in multiple packages or from different locations to optimize delivery times, stock availability, or packaging safety. In such cases, you will receive tracking information for each shipment where available.

10. Risk of Loss and Title

Risk of loss for products passes to you when the products are delivered to the carrier for shipment or when they are delivered to your address, depending on the applicable shipping terms and any provisions required by mandatory law in your jurisdiction.

Title to products transfers to you upon our receipt of full payment for the products, subject to any restrictions under applicable law.

11. Changes to This Shipping Policy

We may update or modify this Shipping Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or placement of orders after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Shipping Policy.
