Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from ForzaCCB ("we," "us," "our") via ForzaCCB.com (the "Site").
1. Key Principles
- Due to the technical nature of automotive brake components and safety requirements, we accept returns only under the conditions specified below.
- Many items may be made-to-order, vehicle-specific, or produced in limited batches; these may be non-returnable as described below.
- Return shipping addresses and routing are provided case by case after approval.
2. How to Request a Return (RMA Required)
To request a return, email feedback@forzaccb.com with:
- Order number
- Item(s) you want to return
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item and packaging (and installation area if fitment is claimed)
Important: If approved, we will issue return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Returns sent without an RMA may be refused, returned to sender, or held until resolved.
3. Return Eligibility (Must Meet All)
- The item is unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in resalable condition.
- All original packaging, labels, protective materials, manuals, and accessories are included.
- The item is not contaminated (e.g., brake dust, grease, fluids) and shows no mounting marks.
- The return is shipped within 30 calendar days from delivery (based on carrier tracking).
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Made-to-order, custom, or special-order items (including items produced to your selected vehicle specification).
- Items that have been installed, test-fitted, used, driven on, heat-cycled, or modified.
- Clearance, discounted, or final-sale items (as marked).
- Digital products, gift cards, and services (if offered).
- Items returned with missing parts, damaged packaging, or signs of misuse.
5. Wrong Item, Shipping Damage, or Defect on Arrival (DOA)
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery for shipping damage, missing items, wrong item received, or defects visible on arrival.
Keep all packaging and provide photos/videos. If you do not preserve packaging or you sign for a visibly damaged shipment without noting damage (when applicable), the carrier claim may be denied and we may be unable to provide a replacement or refund.
6. Fitment Responsibility
You are responsible for confirming compatibility (vehicle model, year, trim, brake system, rotor size, caliper type, parking brake type, wheel clearance, etc.) before ordering, including any country-specific regulations. Any fitment guidance we provide is informational; final verification remains your responsibility.
7. Refunds, Partial Refunds, and Fees
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Duties, taxes, brokerage, and import fees are non-refundable (even if you refuse delivery).
- We may charge a restocking/handling fee up to 15–25% where permitted, especially for opened packaging or non-defective returns.
- If returned items are not in eligible condition, we may deny the refund or issue a partial refund reflecting diminished value, refurbishment, or missing parts.
Refund Timing
- Inspection typically within 5–10 business days after receipt.
- Banks/payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.
8. Exchanges
We may offer exchanges case by case. If approved, you may be responsible for price differences, outbound shipping, and any applicable fees.
9. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled only if production/processing has not started and the order has not shipped.
- For made-to-order or special-order items, cancellations may be refused or may incur a cancellation fee reflecting time, labor, materials, and supplier costs.
- Deposits (if used) are non-refundable unless required by law.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Please contact feedback@forzaccb.com before initiating a chargeback. Unresolved chargebacks may result in refusal of future orders and may be submitted for collection where lawful.
