1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website ForzaCCB.com (the "Site") and any purchase from ForzaCCB ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction and are at least the age of majority where you live. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Product Use, Installation, and Safety

Our products are technical automotive components. By purchasing and using our products, you agree that:

• Products will be installed and inspected by qualified professionals only, following applicable procedures and safety standards.
• You will verify fitment, wheel clearance, and system compatibility before installation, including vehicle model, year, trim, brake system, rotor size, caliper type, parking brake type, and any country-specific regulations.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of performance parts complies with local laws and regulations, including any road-use restrictions, inspections, or certifications.

You assume all risks associated with installation and use, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or improper application.

4. No Professional Advice

Any guidance, recommendations, or fitment suggestions we provide by email, chat, or on the Site are for informational purposes only. They do not replace professional engineering, mechanical, or safety advice. You remain solely responsible for confirming suitability and safety for your specific vehicle and use case.

5. Pricing, Currency, and Errors

Prices, promotions, and product availability are displayed on the Site and may change at any time without prior notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted) and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Site or in your order is inaccurate, to the extent permitted by law. If we cancel an order that you have already paid for, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.

6. Orders, Acceptance, and Cancellations

Your order is an offer to purchase product(s) from us. We are not obligated to accept any order and may, in our sole discretion, accept or reject orders for any reason, including but not limited to availability, suspected fraud, export restrictions, or errors in pricing or product information.

Order cancellation rules, including for made-to-order or special-order items, are further described in our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Payment and Fraud Prevention

We may use third-party payment processors to securely process your payment information. By submitting payment details, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the total order amount, including any applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees.

We may require additional verification for high-value orders, mismatched billing/shipping information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction, we may cancel the order and issue a refund where payment was already captured.

8. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Shipping terms, including carriers, estimated delivery times, and responsibilities for customs, duties, and taxes, are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Risk of loss for products passes to you when the ordered products are delivered to the carrier for shipment or delivered to your address, depending on the applicable shipping terms and any mandatory local law. You are responsible for filing claims with carriers for lost or damaged shipments, although we will reasonably assist you in the process where possible.

9. Warranty and Disclaimers

Unless we expressly provide a written warranty for a specific product, all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Any warranty that we may offer does not cover, among other things:

• Improper installation, misuse, abuse, negligence, racing or track use (where not specifically intended), overheating, or contamination.
• Normal wear and tear consistent with use of brake components.
• Use with incompatible parts, fluids, pads, wheels, or hardware.
• Modifications or repairs not authorized by us.

To the extent a specific written warranty is provided for a product, its terms will govern in the event of any conflict with this section.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall ForzaCCB, its owners, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of use, loss of data, or costs of substitute goods or services, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or products purchased, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site, these Terms, or any product shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages or implied warranties, so the above limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Chargebacks and Disputes

You agree to contact us at feedback@forzaccb.com and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve any issue related to your order before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to challenge any unjustified chargeback, provide evidence of authorization and delivery, and, where appropriate, restrict or refuse future orders from customers who initiate abusive or bad-faith chargebacks.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, product designs, and layout, is owned by or licensed to ForzaCCB and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

13. Prohibited Conduct

In connection with your use of the Site, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
