Pricing
The price covers 2× carbon ceramic rotors with aluminum hats included — one matched pair for either the front or rear axle.
Pads made for iron rotors are not compatible with carbon ceramic rotors.

- Ti-6Al-4V titanium floating screws — 40% lighter than steel, heat- and corrosion-resistant, anodized to a choice of colors.
- H-Bobbin full-float hardware kit — the disc expands freely under heat, so it stays flat and crack-free.
- Brake pads, adapters and full conversion / BBK — quoted on request. All aftermarket and OE calipers: AP Racing, Brembo, Akebono, Endless, Alcon, AMG, M Performance, Porsche and more.

We ship 2nd-generation carbon ceramic (CCB) by default — its silicon carbide coating improves wear resistance, oxidation protection and friction stability under heat, while its long carbon fiber construction gives the disc higher structural strength and crack resistance than chopped-fiber discs.
Need CCM instead? Mention it before quotation or production.

Why iron-to-CCB conversion works
A ready-to-install CCB rotor is two parts: the carbon ceramic disc and a CNC-machined aluminum hat tailored to your factory hub. We keep the original rotor diameter and thickness, so the CCB rotor replaces the iron one as a direct, plug-and-play part. Braking character is then tuned through pad selection.

Test bench results
15 hard stops. 550 °C. The disc came out unchanged.
We bolt one disc and one set of pads to a machine that brakes a real wheel until the metal glows, then repeat it 15 times — the standard test every brake maker is measured by. Below are the same parts, photographed before and after.

The fine web you see on the used surface is the ceramic coating's normal heat pattern, not damage. Measured thickness loss: 0.004 mm.
The face is smooth from edge to edge — no glazing, no crumbling corners, no hot spots. 0.12 mm of material gone.
Both pads wore at the same rate, which means the caliper held them square against the disc the whole time.
No. Brakes losing bite when they overheat is called fade — the soft pedal you get halfway down a mountain pass. We measured grip cold, at motorway speed, and at 550 °C. It dropped a little and came straight back.

Test details for engineers: SAE J2522 (AMS) on a full-scale inertia dynamometer No. 5117, May 2025. XM11-9 front axle, 430 × 40 mm disc, 1-piston, KPC500-1 lining on both pads, 125.9 kg·m² inertia, 939.2 kg wheel load. Grip figures are average friction coefficient μ per stage; 0.33 is the minimum recorded in the second fade cycle.

Minimum wheel diameter guidance by rotor size. Always validate final fitment using a physical template and measured clearances.

Essential Clearance Requirements
To ensure safety and prevent damage to components, please observe the following industry-standard tolerances when measuring your wheels:
- Radial Clearance (Barrel): A minimum gap of 3mm is required between the top of the calliper and the inner wheel barrel to account for heat expansion and wheel deflection under load.
- Axial Clearance (Spokes): Ensure a minimum of 3mm clearance between the face of the calliper and the rear of the wheel spokes.
- Balance Weights: Ensure wheel balancing weights are positioned so they do not foul the brake calliper. We recommend placing weights outboard of the calliper zone for tighter fitments.
Important Fitment Disclaimer
The wheel sizes listed above represent minimum technical requirements based on standard barrel profiles. Due to significant variation in alloy wheel designs, particularly spoke curvature (X-factor) and inner barrel contours, meeting nominal diameter alone does not guarantee compatibility.
We strongly recommend verifying clearance instrumentally using printable fitment templates rather than relying only on visual estimates or stated wheel specifications. Please ensure at least 3mm clearance in all directions to account for thermal expansion and dynamic wheel deflection.
