BUILT AROUND YOUR CAR
Not universal parts. A brake system built for your car.
Every chassis is different. That’s why we engineer each kit around your exact hub, rotor, caliper, and wheel geometry, then verify clearance before anything leaves production.
Scan-based fitment. OE-grade integration.
We use 3D scan data to capture the mounting and clearance points that matter, so your kit installs on factory locations with the confidence of a purpose-built replacement.
Developed across 2,000+ vehicle fitments for Ferrari, Porsche, Lamborghini, McLaren, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Aston Martin, Lotus, Tesla, and more.

Dynamometer validated
Tested to SAE J2522. Numbers, not claims.
Our carbon ceramic discs are validated on a full-scale inertia dynamometer running the complete SAE J2522 effectiveness program — cold stops, 243 kph motorway snubs and two fade cycles past 550 °C. Below is representative data from a front-axle validation run.

Carbon Ceramic Brake Rotors & Big Brake Kits
ForzaCCB builds carbon ceramic brake rotors and complete big brake kits for luxury and exotic cars — Ferrari, Porsche, Lamborghini, McLaren and more. The same C/SiC technology fitted at the factory, manufactured to your exact chassis and verified before anything ships.
Compatible with Alcon · AP Racing · Brembo · Akebono · Endless brake systems
Direct replacements for factory carbon ceramic discs on cars that came with CCB from the plant. Every rotor matches OEM geometry — diameter, thickness, ventilation and mounting pattern — so installation is a true drop-in with zero modifications. Compared with cast iron, a carbon ceramic rotor is about 50% lighter, never corrodes, and typically lasts up to 300,000 km in street use.
For owners who want serviceable everyday braking, we build two-piece floating rotors with a lightweight aluminium hat and a high-carbon iron friction ring. They cut unsprung mass versus one-piece discs, stay fade-stable under repeated hard stops, and cost far less over the car's lifetime — the ring is replaceable, the hat stays.
A ForzaCCB big brake kit is engineered as one matched system: multi-piston calipers, carbon ceramic or iron rotors, CNC-machined brackets, braided lines and street or track pads. Everything is sized to your wheels and chassis, so pedal feel, brake bias and cooling work together instead of being assembled from mismatched parts.
Before any kit leaves the factory we confirm rotor path, caliper clearance and wheel fitment against your exact chassis — over 2,000 verified configurations across luxury and exotic platforms so far. If your setup needs a spacer or a different bracket, you know before you order, not after the box arrives.
